The term “Teacher” means any individual who is employed at public or private school that regularly serves students in-person, not remotely, between kindergarten and 12^th grade located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia during the 2025-2026 academic year. The term “Healthcare Professional” means an individual who meets the eligibility criteria above who is currently employed in one of the following professions as defined by ID.me’s criteria which can be found in the official rules HERE
