Can I cancel an order?
If you change your mind about an item within 30 minutes of placing the order, you can cancel it yourself by visiting My Orders on your Account page. From there, click “View/Modify order” next to the order with the item(s) you’d like to cancel. Click on the “Cancel” button next to each item you would like to cancel.
During Zulily’s liquidation sale, all transactions are considered final. If you make a purchase on Friday, any subsequent orders throughout the weekend will be shipped free of charge, as the retailer tries to unload its remaining inventory. The standard shipping fee is typically a fixed rate of $6, contingent on where you live.
If you are awaiting delivery of a Zulily order recently placed, it is anticipated that your order will still be sent to you.
