The settlement resolves claims that ZOA Energy falsely labeled certain energy drinks as containing “0 Preservatives.” ZOA Energy denies wrongdoing, but the parties agreed to settle the case. Depending on whether you can provide proof of purchase, you may qualify for compensation.
Who’s Eligible – Anyone in the United States who purchased ZOA Energy drinks labeled “0 Preservatives” for personal or household use (not for resale) between March 1, 2021, and November 21, 2025.

With proof of purchase: $1 per can purchased, up to $150

Without proof of purchase: $1 per can purchased, up to $10
If total approved claims exceed available settlement funds, payments may be reduced proportionally.
Proof of Purchase – Proof of purchase is not required to submit a claim. Claimants without proof of purchase may receive $1 per can, up to $10. Claimants who provide proof of purchase (such as receipts or other documentation) may receive $1 per can, up to $150.
