Award Amount – Varies
- Class members who provide proof of purchase are eligible for a full refund of the products they bought.
- Those without proof of purchase may receive compensation equal to the average retail price for up to two covered products per household.
Proof of Purchase – Acceptable proof includes a receipt or other documentation showing the purchase of a covered product, the purchase price and the date and location of the purchase.
Claim Deadline – December 16th, 2025.
