The Freebie Guy App brings all your favorite freebies, deals, and giveaways into one easy-to-use place. Instead of chasing posts across social media, you can browse, save, and get alerts for the stuff you actually care about.
Is the app free?
Yes — the app is 100% free to download and use.
Do I need an account to use the app?
Nope! You do not need an account to use the app. You can browse, save deals and sweepstakes, set notifications, and more — all without signing up.
How do deal alerts work?
You choose the categories you’re interested in (deals, freebies, penny list, etc.), and we’ll send alerts only when the hottest deals drop in those areas.
You’re always in control — update or turn off alerts anytime. You can do this by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner of your app.
Are these deals legit?
Yes. Every deal shared in the app is researched, tested, and vetted by The Freebie Guy team.
That said, deals can change quickly, so availability isn’t guaranteed.
Why did a deal expire or stop working?
Retailers can end promotions, run out of inventory, or change terms at any time — sometimes without warning. We move fast to update posts, but occasional expirations are unavoidable in the deal world.
How often is the app updated?
New deals and freebies are added frequently throughout the day, typically between 8am–9pm, with even more posted during peak seasons.
Can I save or favorite deals?
Yes! Tap the save option on any deal or sweepstakes to come back to it later. These saved items live in your Saved section, easily found in the bottom navigation, until you remove them.
How do I browse deals by category?
Tap Categories in the bottom navigation to explore deals by what you’re shopping for — like shoes, groceries, beauty, toys, and more. It’s the quickest way to find deals that match your interests.
How do I shop deals by store?
If you prefer to shop by retailer, tap the Stores icon in the bottom navigation. From there, select any store to see all the latest deals we’ve posted from that retailer.
What sweepstakes features does the app offer?
Yes — we’ve got you covered. Sweepstakes can be sorted by daily entry, end date, number of prizes, and more, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. We tailored it to be just like the experience y’all love on our site.
New sweepstakes are always easy to spot in the bottom navigation, and you can save your favorites for quick access and easy daily entry.
How do I enter app-exclusive giveaways?
To enter app-exclusive giveaways, look for the giveaway banner at the top of the app during active giveaways and follow the steps on the next page. Entry instructions may vary by giveaway, so be sure to complete all required steps to qualify.
