• (2) GRAND PRIZES: Each “Grand Prize” (may also be referred to individually as a “Prize” and collectively, as “Prizes”) consists of a trip (“Trip”) for each eligible Grand Prize Winner and one travel companion to a destination city within the Eligibility Area (“Destination City”).  Each Trip includes the following: (i) round trip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for two people from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (as determined by Sponsor) to Destination City; (ii) two consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) in/near Destination City (as specifically determined by Sponsor); (iii) admission to the premiere of the Picture (“Premiere”); (iv) R/T airport/Hotel ground transfers; and (v) R/T Hotel/Premiere ground transfers. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $2,500.00. The total ARV of all Prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $5,000.
