PRIZES -

• (1) Grand Prize: One trip for two people to attend one day of the 2023 golf tournament scheduled to occur from April 6 - 9, 2023 at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, GA; plus one trip for two people to attend one day of the 2023 golf tournament scheduled to occur from May 18 - 21, 2023 at the Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, NY; plus one trip for two people to attend one day of the 2023 golf tournament scheduled to occur from June 15 - 18, 2023 at the Los Angeles Country Club in Los Angeles, CA. Each such trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for two people from the major U.S. airport nearest winner’s residence to the Tournament destination; round-trip airport transfers for two people at the Tournament destination; double occupancy hotel accommodations for two consecutive nights at each Tournament destination; tickets for two persons to one day of each Tournament; round-trip ground transportation at the Augusta Golf Event and the Los Angeles Golf Event; and a $500 pre-paid gift card for spending money. Winner will have the option of receiving a cash equivalent of $34,995 for the prize. ARV of the prize is $34,995.
• (6) First Prize(s): Winner and three guests will receive one free 18-hole round of golf (cart and greens fees included) during 2023 at any PGA Tour TPC Network golf course in the United States. ARV of each prize is $500.00.
• (15) Second Prize(s): Winner and one guest will each receive one ticket to one of the following PGA Tour/PGA Champions tournaments: AT&T Byron Nelson, Charles Schwab Challenge, Principal Charity Classic, John Deere Classic, Rocket Mortgage Classic, Wyndham Championship, BMW Championship, Dicks Sporting Goods Open, Ascension Charity Classic, SAS Championship, Houston Open, PLAYERS Tournament, WGC Dell Tech Match Play, FedEx St Jude Championship, or TOUR Championship (each a “PGA Tournament”). Travel and accommodations are not included in the prize. Transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility.
