PRIZES -
- (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package that includes the following two prize components:
- Permanent tattoo design of a burger on one of Grand Prize winner’s buttocks, to be tattooed during up to two sessions, by a tattoo artist of Sponsor’s choice and in colors and style of Sponsor’s choice in its sole discretion (the “Tattoo”). This Tattoo Prize component includes round-trip coach-class air-transportation for Grand Prize winner to a to-be-determined location nearest to tattoo artist’s studio within the 48 contiguous United States and two nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice. Winner’s choice of one of the following two Omaha Steaks PureGround Burgers Prize options:
- Option A: Forty-eight Omaha Steaks PureGround Burgers to be awarded two times per year, for a total of ninety-six Omaha Steaks PureGround Burgers per year, for the duration of the life of the Grand Prize winner, up to twenty-five years. Grand Prize winner will not receive Omaha Steaks PureGround Burgers for more than twenty-five consecutive years. The ARV of this Prize Option A is $10,500.
- Option B: One time $5,000 cash payment, to be awarded in the form of a check. The ARV of this Prize Option B is $5,000.
- The total maximum ARV of Grand Prize is $20,500.
