One Entry per person/email address during each Entry Period. There are 12 Entry Periods, see the "Official Rules" for entry dates & end dates.

• (12) ENTRY PERIOD 1-11 PRIZES: Each prize for Entry Period(s) 1 through 11 will consist of one $250 www.UFCStore.com Gift Card and a one month access pass to www.UFCFightPass.com. The total ARV for each prize in Entry Periods 1 through 11 is $250.00.
• (1) ENTRY PERIOD 12 PRIZE: The prize for Entry Period 12 will consist of a two day UFC experience for winner and guest (all aged 21 and over) in Las Vegas, Nevada. The experience will include roundtrip airfare for winner and guest from a Sponsor-specified major airport nearest winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, transfers to and from the airports, two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel to be selected by Sponsor, two lower-level tickets to onE UFC Pay Per View Event and two tickets to the same-day UFC Ceremonial Weigh-Ins at T-Mobile Arena located at 3780 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas NV, and two tickets to a VIP tour of the UFC Performance Institute located at 6650 South Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, NV. The total ARV for the prize in Entry Period 12 is $6,200.00.
