Krispy Kreme Grad Day Doughploma Pass Giveaway – 4,152 WINNERS!!

HOW TO ENTER: All you need to do to be eligible to win a Prize is to visit a participating Krispy Kreme® shop on May 28th, during the shop’s opening hours, and provide proof that you are graduating or have graduated, between April 1 and June 30, 2025, from a school (high school, college, graduate school, technical school, etc.) that is located in the United States. Proof of graduation may be in the form of any of the following: cap and gown with 2025 tassel; Class of 2025 apparel; 2025 letterman jacket featuring senior status; 2025 class ring; graduation announcement featuring name with matching ID; student photo ID showing senior status; or other Class of 2025 senior swag.

NOTE: At least twelve prizes will be given away at each participating Krispy Kreme® shop on the Giveaway Day.

• (4,152) PRIZES: The prize is a punch card (the “Prize Card”) that entitles the owner to receive one dozen Krispy Kreme® Original Glazed® doughnuts per month for one year (total 12 dozen) at participating Krispy Kreme® shop locations. Prize Cards may be used for in-store purchases only and will be punched each month that a free dozen is received. Limit one free dozen per month and any month a free dozen is not redeemed, it is forfeited. Prize Cards are subject to any additional terms or restrictions printed on the Prize Cards. Each Prize Card has an ARV of $179 at current pricing. Total estimate ARV for all prizes to be given away during the Giveaway is $743,208.
