PRIZES -
- (40) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California to view a live taping of The Voice (“Live Episode”). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for up to two (2) nights, and two (2) tickets to a Live Episode. If winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of Los Angeles, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation (no additional compensation). The number of hotel-night stays shall be solely determined by Sponsor (or its designated travel agency), based on available flights and arrival times into Los Angeles, California on the day of the winner’s designated Live Episode. If no air transportation is required based on winner’s residency, that winner shall receive only one (1) night of double-occupancy hotel accommodations. Live Episodes are currently scheduled to occur on the following dates: May 4, 5, 12, 18, or 19, 2020 (subject to change). Winner must attend the Live Episode designated by NBC, in its sole discretion, or prize will be forfeited. The Live Episode date designated to each winner shall be determined by the order in which winners are drawn (e.g. first drawn shall be assigned to the first available date) or as determined by NBC in its sole discretion. No particular location or area of seating within the general audience is guaranteed. There will be no substitutes if the winner is unable for any reason to attend the event. Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the issuer. All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may be required to sign additional paperwork (including, without limitation, an image release). Attendance is subject to attendee(s) complying with the policies and instructions of Finnmax, NBC, or Universal Studios. Winner must be able to attend the designated Live Episode and travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited. Date and/or time of Live Episode is subject to change and/or cancellation. NBC reserves the right to change the date and time of any Live Episode subject to production exigencies. If winner chooses to attend the Live Episode with no guest, the remaining elements of the prize awarded shall constitute full satisfaction of the prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: Up to $3,000.00
