Big changes are coming to luxury outlet shopping. As part of Saks Global’s bankruptcy restructuring, all Neiman Marcus Last Call stores are set to close by the end of January 2026, marking the end of the brand’s outlet division.
At the same time, most Saks Off 5th locations will begin shutting down in waves starting late January through early February 2026.
While Saks OFF 5TH is closing 57 stores total, only select locations will hold liquidation sales.
- 34 stores are expected to hold liquidation sales starting January 31
- 23 stores will close by February 2 and transfer inventory out, with no liquidation sales
- 12 Saks off 5th stores will transition into outlets carrying merchandise from Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman
