- Applebee’s – SSCP Management, which owns 48 Applebee’s locations in Texas, is celebrating National Margarita Day (February 22) with a week of discounted drink specials ranging from $5 to $2. The promotion culminates in the return of the $1 “Dollarita” — a 10 oz House Margarita created in 2016 by SSCP President Chris Dharod. To mark the occasion and the drink’s anniversary, participating locations in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Central and East Texas will also showcase “The Largest Margarita in Texas,” made in a massive custom mug.

- Chili’s – Free Margarita of the Month Club ahead of National Margarita Day (Feb. 22), turning its popular $6 monthly margarita promotion into an official fan club. Inspired by loyal customers — and backed by nearly 30 million margaritas sold in 2025 — the club allows guests 21+ to track the margaritas they try and purchase themed merchandise.
- To celebrate, Chili’s released a yacht-club-inspired merch collection, including shirts, hats, a bag, keychain, and a collectible “Club Field Book” to log monthly margaritas. The collection launches online Feb. 11.
