Who’s Eligible –

You may be a member of the Settlement Class if you purchased Hefty or Great Value brand Recycling bags from July 20, 2018, through August 30, 2023. A full list of the Hefty and Great Value brand Recycling bags included in the Settlement can be found here.

 

Award Amount – You can receive up to $2.00 per claimed product, and you can claim up to 6 products without proof of purchase, for a total of up to $12.00.

Proof of Purchase – Not Required.
Claim Deadline – October 25th, 2023.
