Bayer Antifungal Spray Class Action Settlement

If you purchased select Bayer anti-fungal spray products that were affected by a recall, you are included in this settlement.

Who’s Eligible –

Anyone who purchase Bayer Products, which means all antifungal aerosol Lotrimin and Tinactin spray products used to treat athlete’s foot, ringworm, and other fungal infections that were subject to Bayer’s October 2021 recall (specifically, all Lotrimin and Tinactin spray products with lot numbers beginning with TN, CV, or NAA, distributed between September 2018 and September 2021).

Award Amount –

• As used herein, the term “No Proof-of-Purchase Payment” means a monetary payment of $7 each for up to 3 Bayer Product unit(s) purchased within the Class Period, for which a timely and valid Claim Form is submitted.

Claim Deadline – March 11th, 2026.
