I got my start with freebies way back as a kid when we didn’t have much at all (understatement) and I quickly learned that I could call 1-800 numbers (and only those, since they were free) and ask for more information and samples from companies and a lot of times they would actually send it.
Some of my first freebies included a Texas State Travel Guide, which is still one of my favorite freebies and the Troy Bilt Chipper Vacuum promotional video… they sent a whole VHS out yall! I loved that one!
The freebies evolved into an interest in sweepstakes then came to encompass bargain shopping and clearance hunting, hot deals and that is where we are today 🙂
