MAIL-IN: To enter the Sweepstakes without redeeming Points, an Eligible Entrant may hand-write his/her complete first and last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, valid street address (P.O. boxes not accepted), city, state, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card, place it in an outer envelope, and mail it with sufficient postage to: Sound City Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4006 Dept. S9504, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2025, and received by September 7, 2025, in order to be eligible.

• (1) GRAND PRIZE: One grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a Grand Prize which consists of an exclusive fully curated trip to their choice of Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; or New York, New York (“Trip”). The Trip includes round-trip business class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the city of their choosing, luxury hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest (“Guest”); 4-Days/3-Nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) (room rate and room tax only); concierge services for assistance in coordinating meals and activities, hotel and airport transfers, a $5,000.00 spending allowance, awarded as a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner, and a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of $10,000.00 to help offset the tax burden associated with receiving the Grand Prize. ARV of the Grand Prize: up to $37,500.00. Alternatively, Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive a cash alternative prize of $15,000.00.
