Quaker State “Walmart Shopping Spree to VIP” Sweepstakes

NOTE: If the Potential Grand Prize Winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia, a $250 Visa Rewards Card may be provided for ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation will be provided for any difference in Grand Prize value.

• (1) GRAND PRIZE: The “Grand Prize” consists of a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three adult guests of their choosing to Atlanta, Georgia for a VIP experience at the 2025 Quaker State 400 race (the “Race”), which is scheduled to take place on June 28, 2025 at Atlanta Motor Speedway, including: round trip coach class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three adult guests of their choosing between a major commercial airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Atlanta, Georgia departing on June 27, 2025 and returning on June 29, 2025; three days and two nights’ accommodations in a condo at Atlanta Motor Speedway (“Condo”); up to four VIP passes to the Race; a $1,000 Visa Rewards Card that may be used towards ground transportation, miscellaneous expenses, and/or incidentals; and a meet & greetwith race driver, Daniel Suarez.
• (4) FINALIST PRIZES: The “Finalist Prize” consists of one $500 Walmart Gift Card that may be used towards a shopping spree at Walmart (in-store or online).
