It’s a new year, and while we would love to resolve to eating out less, life simply gets too busy! So here is a resolution you can keep instead: save money by eating out more with kids eat free restaurants!

So many of your favorites have an unadvertised free kids meal deal when you purchase an adult entree or dine in on a special day. We’ve rounded up what you need to know to save big!

NOTE – Make sure you call ahead before heading out to confirm the promotion and the days that these are valid on, as many restaurants will change their policies regularly, and most of the time these offers will vary by location.

DAILY KIDS MEAL DEALS

Black Bear Diner – Varies by location but many have a kids eat free day(s) valid with the purchase
Bruster’s Real Ice Cream – Kids (less than 40 inches tall) enchanted, get a free Baby Cone. Participating stores only, offer may vary.
Chili’s – My Chili’s Rewards loyalty members can receive emails and texts for a free meal for kids 12 and under with the purchase of any regular entree. Let your children choose from their Pepper Pals menu which includes items such as pizza, pasta, burgers, and other favorites.
Chick-Fil-A – This varies by Chick-Fil-A location, so follow your on social media to get the low down!
Culver’s – Culver’s offers kids a certificate for a free scoop of Fresh Frozen Custard with each meal and a Scoopie Token. Collect up to 10 tokens for a prize or exchange them for a free kids’ meal or other toys like balls or plush Scoopie.
Denny’s – Kids Eat Free with adult entrée purchase of $6 or more from 4PM to 10PM. Days and participation vary by location.
Fogo de Chao – Children six and under enjoy complimentary dining at Fogo, and ages seven to twelve dine at half-price for the Full Churrasco Experience.
Fricker’s – Kids 10 and under eat free with an adult meal and child beverage purchase. Dine-in only at participating locations.
Fuddruckers – Some locations offer free meals with adult entree purchases. Some may offer discounted prices as well. Check with your local location before heading out. Not all locations will participate in the offer.
Holiday Inn – Kids eat free at Holiday Inn when ordering from the kids’ menu at the hotel’s dine-in restaurant. Get 2 free kid’s meals per paid adult meal (for a total of 4 free kid’s meals) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Moe’s Southwest Grill – Kids eat free with an adult entree purchase w/ Moe’s rewards. Must have weekly rewards coupon.
Tony Roma’s – Free kids’ meal at Tony Roma’s with each adult entree (limit two per family) for kids 12 and under.
Woody’s BBQ – Check out local Woodys locations for Kids Eat Free Nights, where children receive a free meal with an adult entrée purchase. Age restrictions may vary, with some places offering the deal for kids 10 and under, while others extend it to kids 12 and under.Check with your local location first.

MONDAY KIDS MEAL DEALS

Do kids eat free offers work on holidays?

Depending on the holiday and the restaurant, you still might be able to use a free kid meal promo when you dine-in on a holiday. Talk with your local restaurant to be sure.

Can you combine kids eat free offers with other coupons?

Typically restaurants will not allow you to use a coupon with your adult meal if you are also getting a free kid’s meal. You can always ask your waiter/waitress, but this is definitely a ymmv type of situation.

Why do kids eat free deals vary by location?

Many restaurant chains are franchised, which means individual locations can decide whether to participate in promotions. This is especially true for Chick-Fil-A locations since the store owners set which freebies and deals they want to do and more locations are more generous than others.

Does Olive Garden have a kids eat free deal?

In the past, Olive Garden has offered free or discounted kid meals both nationwide and regionally. At this moment, there are no deals, but be sure to follow your local Olive Garden on social media so you don’t miss any location-specific offers.

Does Rainforest Cafe offer kids eat free specials?

Rainforest Cafe does offer a special day each month where kids eat for $0.99. Limit one $0.99 kid’s meal per adult purchase and not valid with other offers. The current one is scheduled to take place on March 4th, 2026 and will change each month.
