Role Responsibilities & Expectations

In this role, you will help manage and support Cruise Critics online community and user-generated content. Responsibilities include: 

• Reviewing and publishing user-generated content according to community guidelines and publication standards 
• Mointoring and responding to community and feedback emails related to message boards, site feature or products.
• Tracking content and monitoring trends for the Cruisers’ Choice Awards 
• Assisting community volunteers 
• Performing quality assurance tasks for a positive user experience 

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants should have at least 2 years of community management and user-generated content experience. There is no degree required for this position and other required skills and experience include: 

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, internet browsers and mobile operating systems
• Experience with web-based tools and community platforms like Slack or similar softwares 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to learn tools likes Figma, Miro, Adobe and Tableau 

Compensation & Benefits

The pay for this full-time position is a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location and more. Eligible employees may also recieve benefits including:
