• Purchase of any one or more OREO Frozen Treats (up to a maximum of ten  entries during the Entry Period) and your submission of a related online entry form with proof of purchase.
• OR to enter without purchasing OREO Frozen Treats, on a 3"x5" card or piece of paper, handprint your name, mailing address (with ZIP Code), email address, and daytime phone number. Mail it in a business size (#10) envelope to: OREO® Frozen Treats Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999.

PRIZES -

• (1) Grand Prize: A 5-day/4-night trip for four  for Grand Prize Winner and up to three guests to a city in Florida, of Sponsor's choice. Trip consists of roundtrip coach class air travel for Grand Prize Winner and Guests from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence to Destination City on Sponsor designated dates; 5 day/4 night hotel accommodations; roundtrip ground transportation between Destination City airport and hotel; up to four tickets to Sponsor selected events/activities in Destination City; and $5,000 cash awarded to the Grand Prize Winner only, in form of a check in the Grand Prize Winner's name. ARV of Grand Prize: $15,000.00.
