This Class Action Settlement Affects:
Anyone who used a payment card at any Sprouts Farmers Market locations and received a receipt that displays more than the last five digits of their credit/debit card information between August 16, 2020 and October 31, 2022.
OR
Anyone who used a payment card at any Sprouts Farmers Market locations and received a receipt that displays more than the last five digits of their EBT card information between March 15, 2021 and April 15, 2023.
What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
Two class actions lawsuits are pending against Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. It is alleged that Sprouts Farmers Market violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) by printing more than the last five digits of customers’ card information.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Anyone who received one or more receipts from Sprouts Farmers Market that printed more than the last five digits of their card information. This includes debit cards, credit cards, and EBT cards.
How Much Money Can You Get?
This total settlement amount is $5 Million. After court fees and costs, eligible claimants will receive a proportional share.
Is Proof Required?
A valid claim form with supporting documentation, such as a receipt must be submitted to receive a payment.
