What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
The lawsuit claims Festive Fun Parks LLC, which operates Raging Waters, used “drip pricing” by failing to adequately disclose a mandatory processing fee that was added near the end of the online ticket checkout process.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Anyone in the U.S. who purchased admission tickets from Raging Waters’ website between June 1, 2020 and June 22, 2026 and paid a “Processing Fee” on their purchase.
People who made multiple eligible purchases only need to submit one claim form.
How Much Money Can You Get?
Festive Fun Parks LLC agreed to a $850,000 settlement fund. Individual payments are not at a set amount and will depend on the proportion of the total amount of processing fees paid by each claimant, the number of eligible claims and other attorney fees and costs deducted from the settlement fund.
Is Proof Required?
To receive a payment, you must submit a valid claim form and attest that you purchased admission tickets from Raging Waters’ website between June 1, 2020 and June 22, 2026 and paid a “Processing Fee”.
