Role Responsibilities & Expectations

This role acts as a project coordinator for technology enhancements and upgrades, while offering continuous training and guidance to Hotline personnel. The position involves reviewing operational workflows and providing technical expertise. Technical proficiency is vital for maintaining a smooth hotline operations.

Required Skills & Experience

While this role is predominantly remote, travel and in-person meeting attendance is required up to two times per year for internal PSI meetings

There is no degree required for this role, however you must complete and clear a Non–Sensitive Tier II – Moderate Check and Clearance background check.

Other requirements include:

• optimal (high) internet speed that is able to maintain optimal speeds for the utility of operating systems and platforms.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, or a related role.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA

Compensation & Benefits

The pay for this position is $27.50 an hour.

The schedule totals 20 hours per week Monday through Friday from 2:00 AM to  6:00 AM EST.
