Eligibility
- Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
- Employees, contractors, affiliates, prize suppliers, and immediate family or household members of The Freebie Guy are not eligible to participate.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- The Freebie Guy reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.
3. Giveaway Details
Each Giveaway page will display:
- Entry start date and time
- Entry end date and time
- Prize description
- Number of winners
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
- Entry method
The information displayed on the Giveaway page is considered part of these Official Rules.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Unless otherwise stated on the Giveaway page, each participant may submit one (1) entry per Giveaway.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
The use of bots, scripts, fake accounts, or any method intended to manipulate entries is prohibited.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the Giveaway closes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Freebie Guy reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
6. Prize Details
Prize descriptions, quantities, and approximate retail values are displayed on each Giveaway page.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
The Freebie Guy reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
Any federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided during entry.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the timeframe provided, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete any required verification, The Freebie Guy may select an alternate winner.
The Freebie Guy is not responsible for missed notifications caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other delivery issues beyond its control.
8. General Conditions
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Freebie Guy reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
The Freebie Guy may disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, violates these Terms, or engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
The Freebie Guy reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available for fraud or abuse.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for The Freebie Guy to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with a Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact winners, deliver prizes, and otherwise in accordance with The Freebie Guy Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Freebie Guy, its affiliates, employees, contractors, prize suppliers, and representatives from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
The Freebie Guy is not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, delayed or lost entries, email delivery issues, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes arising from a Giveaway will be resolved individually and exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. Participants waive the right to participate in any class action relating to the Giveaway.
13. Apple Disclaimer
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, responsible for, endorsing, administering, or otherwise associated with any Giveaway offered by The Freebie Guy.
Apple is not providing any prize and has no responsibility for the administration of the Giveaway, the selection of winners, or the awarding of prizes.
By participating, entrants release Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates from any liability related to the Giveaway.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat, or any other social media platform.
Participants understand they are providing their information solely to The Freebie Guy.
15. Acceptance of Rules
By entering any Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Terms & Conditions.
