Xbox Prices Rise Again in the US Starting August 1st

Microsoft is once again increasing the prices of its Xbox consoles in the United States, effective August 1, 2026.

Here are the new retail prices for Xbox consoles in the US:

• 512GB models: +$100
• 1TB models: +$150
• 2TB model: Discontinued

According to Microsoft, the increases are being driven by significantly higher manufacturing costs, with console component prices having risen more than 2.5 times. The company says it delayed raising prices as long as possible but can no longer absorb the increased costs.
