Apple has agreed to a $250 million class action settlement that could result in payments for some iPhone owners. The lawsuit alleges that Apple advertised certain Apple Intelligence and Siri features that were unavailable when select devices first launched. Apple denies the allegations but has agreed to resolve the case through a settlement.
Who’s Eligible –
• You are a U.S. resident, and
• You purchased one of the eligible iPhone models between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025.
Eligible Devices –
• iPhone 15 Pro
• iPhone 15 Pro Max
• iPhone 16
• iPhone 16e
• iPhone 16 Plus
• iPhone 16 Pro
• iPhone 16 Pro Max
Award Amount –
Eligible consumers are expected to receive at least $25 per qualifying device. Depending on the number of valid claims submitted, payments could be as much as $95 per device.
Proof of Purchase -Claim details have not been released yet. Eligible consumers are expected to receive instructions by mail or email once the claims process opens.
Claim Deadline –Not announced yet. The settlement website has not launched, and the settlement still requires final court approval.
