This Class Action Settlement Affects:
Any U.S. resident who used GoodRx, including its website, mobile app, GoodRx Gold GoodRx Care Services, before April 20, 2024.
What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
The lawsuit claims that GoodRx shared users’ personal and health-related information with third-party companies including, Criteo, Meta and Google through tracking technologies without users’ consent.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Anyone who used any website, mobile app or service made available by or through GoodRx before April 20, 2024.
How Much Money Can You Get?
GoodRx agreed to a $32 million settlement fund and the exact payout amount will depend on the number of valid claims submitted. Eligible claimants who submit a valid claim may receive an equal share of the $32 million settlement fund remaining after approved fees, expense and other costs.
Is Proof Required?
No supporting documents or proof is generally required to file a claim. However, you must provide the requested information and attest that you meet the eligibility requirements.
