This Class Action Settlement Affects:
Anyone who used the Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker App between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 and entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the app during that time.
What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
The lawsuit claims that Flo Health shared sensitive user information, including data related to menstruation and pregnancy, with third party companies without users’ consent, despite representations that the information would remain private.
The lawsuit involved claim against Flo Health, Google and Flurry.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Anyone who lived in the U.S. between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 and used the Flo App, entering menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the app during that period.
How Much Money Can You Get?
Eligible class members will receive a pro rata share of the net settlement funds. The exact number will depend on the number of valid claims submitted. The settlements total is $59.5 million.
Class members who reside in California will meet California Subclass requirements and may receive a greater proportional share.
Is Proof Required?
No traditional proof is required for the basic claim. However, class members must provide information including the email address they used with the Flo App to certify that you meet the requirements.
