Anyone who received two or more telemarketing calls or text messages from certain insurance agents or their agencies marketing Farmers Insurance products or services between April 19, 2020 and June 15, 2026.
What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
The lawsuit claims that calls and text messages made by insurance agents Nickolas Ward, Nate Esparza, Kyle Ryan Gray, Dustin Huffman, Jason Hall, Brian Shirey and/or LeNard Rhone or their agencies marketing Farmers Insurance violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by contacting phone numbers registered on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Anyone who received two or more telemarketing calls or text messages between April 19, 2020 and June 15, 2026 from the identified insurance agents or agencies marketing Farmers Insurance.
How Much Money Can You Get?
Eligible class members may receive up to $160 from a $1.25 million settlement fund. The actual payment amount may be higher or lower depending on the number if valid claims submitted, as well as the attorney fees, costs and added deductions.
Is Proof Required?
The claim form also requires you to certify that you were the subscriber or primary user of the phone number and did not request a Farmers Insurance quote online before receiving the call/texts.
