What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
The lawsuit claims CVS Pharmacy Inc. had technology embedded in CVS websites and apps that disclosed users’ personal health, private information, browsing data, identifiers and other data to Criteo Corp and other third parties without consent.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Any U.S. resident who accessed CVS digital properties before July 27, 2026. This includes people who used CVS.com CVSHealth.com, the CVS mobile app and other covered CVS digital properties.

How Much Money Can You Get?
