The lawsuit claims that Nuramax Laboratories miss represented the benefits of certain Cosquin canine joint health supplement’s in its advertising and product packaging.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Anyone who resided in California at the time of purchase and purchased one or more Cosequin dog supplement products between May 3, 2016 and May 6, 2022. This includes certain Cosequin chewable tablets for joint health.
How Much Money Can You Get?
Cosequin settled for an 11.5 million settlement payout. Eligible class members who submitted a valid claim may receive $25 per qualifying product purchase with payments capped at $150 per household.
Is Proof Required?
Yes, a claim form is required to receive compensation. Additional documentation may be requested particularly for larger claims.
