How to Make Copycat Chili’s Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks
- Grab your block of Mozzarella (Cut into the rectangle shapes if you want them to look similar to Chili’s!)
- Grab 3 bowls out, one gets the eggs (mixed well), one gets the panko bread crumbs with the seasonings listed above, and the third bowl gets the flour.
- Grab your cut cheese sticks.
- Dip into flour, then egg wash, then panko mix (Repeat twice & set aside until you have all cheese coated)
- Then you will freeze the cheese for 30 mins- 1 hour this will help so they don’t fall apart when you fry!
- (In the meantime start your ranch dip & your Nashville Hot Sauce Glaze)
- Once the cheese is about ready heat up your oil in a sauce pan or small dutch oven (medium-high heat or 350°F)
- Grab some tongs and drop those babies in!
- Fry on each side for 1-1.5 mins
- You want a deep golden crust (don’t burn)
- Don’t forget to save some of that oil to add to your Hot Sauce Glaze
- Grab a cooking brush and glaze that over the cooked mozzarella sticks
- Serve with the Ranch & ENJOY! (:
