Anyone who was sent an individual notification from Gas Express, LLC (Circle K) regarding the data breach. Customers can also find out their eligibility through the settlements website.
How Much Money Can You Get?
Eligible class members may receive up to $2,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses or a $50 cash payment with many cases requiring no proof. Eligible class member will also receive more than 2 years of credit monitoring with $1 million fraud insurance.
Is Proof Required?
Depending on the claim type, no proof is required for the $50 cash payment. However, proof is required of you are claiming up to $2,000 for financial losses.
