What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
The Lawsuit claims Bank of America improperly charged customers two out-of-network ATM Fees at certain 7-Eleven ATMs operated by FCTI
People who already received payment in the related Weiss v. FCTI settles are not eligible for this settlement
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Anyone who had a Bank of America checking account, used an FCTI-owned ATM (especially one located in a 7-Eleven store) or if you were charged more than one out-of-network fee during the same ATM visit between May 1st, 2018 and November 16th, 2021.
How Much Money Can You Get?
Bank of America agreed to a total of $2.25 million, and the amount each person receive depends on:
- The number of valid claims submitted
- Attorney fees and additional costs
- Whether you are a current or former accountholder
Is Proof Required?
Former accountholders may need to submit a claim with documented proof, while current accountholders generally may not need to.

- Claim Deadline: Monday, July 29th, 2026
- Exclusion Deadline: Tuesday, July 7th, 2026
- Final Approval Hearing: Friday. August 21, 2026
