This Class Action Settlement Affects:
Any U.S. resident who originally purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, or an iPhone 16 Pro Max between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 for personal or business use and not for resale.
What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
The lawsuit claims that purchasers of certain iPhone models expected to receive certain Siri Apple Intelligence features that they did not receive. Apple Inc denies these allegations but has agreed to pay $250 million into a settlement fund to resolve the case.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Any U.S. resident and original purchaser of an eligible iPhone device between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 for personal or business use and not for resale.

- iPhone 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 16, iPhone 16e
- iPhone 16 Plus

How Much Money Can You Get?
Eligible class members who submit a valid claim can receive $25 per eligible device. They payment may be increased or decreased pro rata depending on the number of valid claims submitted.
The final payment amount will be known once all valid claims are evaluated.
Is Proof Required?
Proof of purchase and/or ownership of an eligible device is required! The settlements website even provides instructions for finding your iPhone’s serial number to see if you qualify.
