This case involves a January 2025 cybersecurity incident in which a criminal third party gained unauthorized access to personal information of certain individuals. This information may have included Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers and/or payment card information.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Any U.S. resident whose personal information may have been potentially compromised in the January 2025 data incident.
How Much Money Can You Get?
There are several settlement benefits available:
- Up to $3,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses related to the data incident.
- Up to $80 for lost time. This is calculated at $20 per hour for up to four hours spent responding to the incident.
- $45 alternative cash payment (this option does not require proof)
- 3 years of credit monitoring with $1 million in financial fraud insurance
Is Proof Required?
Proof is not required for the $45 alternative cash payment. However, those seeking reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket expenses must provide supporting documentation, such as bank statements or receipts.
