Role Responsibilities & Expectations
In this role, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador for ShopBop and act as the first point to contact for customers questions, concerns and order-related issues. Expectations include working with shipping partners and assisting customer across multiple channels while delivering a high quality customer experience
Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center and/or luxury retail. Direct customer phone/email experience
- Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in resolving conflicts and setting appropriate expectations with customers
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time remote role starts at $19/hr.
