Pepsi Local Eats Contest

NOTE: To enter the Pepsi Local Eats Contest, visit PepsiLocalEats.com, write a story (1,000-3,000 characters) about your favorite local restaurant—explaining why you go there, what you eat, and if you drink Pepsi—then complete the registration form, agree to the rules, and submit your entry. The restaurant must not be a chain and must offer Pepsi products.

REWARD FOR ENTRY: Each individual who submits a valid Entry will receive a free Pepsi beverage (fountain, can, or bottle) awarded in the form of a PayPal or Venmo credit. 3,000 rewards available. See prize conditions below. ARV: $3.00. Limit one reward per person/household.

• (4) PRIZES: Each winner’s Story will be considered, by the Sponsor, for a marketing campaign, however, the Sponsor is not obligated, in any way, to use the Story. The Contest Prize is “consideration only” for a potential marketing campaign. It is at the Sponsor’s sole discretion as to how much of a winner’s Story, if any, will be used for a marketing campaign. Additionally, the Sponsor has no obligation to name the Local Restaurant associated with the Entry in its marketing campaign (if any). If the Sponsor determines to use a Story for a marketing campaign, the winning entrant may or may not be allowed to be involved in the development of the marketing campaign, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Furthermore, the degree of involvement, if any, shall be dictated solely by Sponsor. There is no value associated with the prize.
