• (1) Winner will receive a trip for Winner and one (1) guest to have dinner with Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne (the “Event”), including: two (2) roundtrip airline tickets (economy coach class) for Winner and guest to travel to a Los Angeles area airport; one (1) night of hotel accommodations in the Los Angeles area (standard, one room, double occupancy); dates of travel to be determined by Sponsor. If such Winner is under the age of majority of their state of residence as of February 21, 2020, then such Winner’s guest must be a parent or legal guardian, and such Winner must be accompanied at all times during the trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and any other activities during the Event) by such parent or legal guardian. If such Winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of the Event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute airfare for ground transportation.
