- (1) GRAND PRIZE: One Winner will receive a three day/two night trip for Winner and one guest (together, the “Attendees”) to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend Carrie Underwood: REFLECTION The Las Vegas Residency concert at Resorts World Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas (the “Event”) (collectively, the “Trip”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,450.00). The Trip includes:

- Airfare credit of up to $1,500.00 towards round trip coach air transportation for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner's residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);
- Two nights standard hotel accommodations at Resorts World Las Vegas (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only);

- Two tickets for the Attendees to the Event on June 21, 23, 24, 28, 30, July 1, September 20, 22, 23, 27, 29, 30, November 29, December 1, 2, 6, 8, 9, 13, 15, or 16 2023 (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion).
- The total ARV of all prize(s) is $2,450.00.
