- If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason including cancellation of NBA All-Star 2022, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19, other pandemic or any other natural disaster outside Sponsor’s control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of NBA All-Star 2022, then a check for $32,000 (ARV of prize) will be awarded in lieu of the prize.
