Best National Cinnamon Roll Day Freebies and Deals 2025
- Cinnabon – On October 4, Cinnabon is celebrating with $1 Classic Cinnamon Roll from 1-4pm at participating locations for Cinnabon Rewards members. New sign-ups even get a free 4ct BonBites!
- Cinnaholic – Enjoy the brand’s signature Old Skool Roll for just $2 at participating locations, all day long. Enjoy a BOGO deal on gourmet cinnamon roll at Cinnaholic on Oct. 4, 2025 (9 a.m. – 11 p.m. local) at all three Nevada locations. One BOGO per person.
- Kroger – Free cinnamon rolls. Visit Kroger.com or download the Kroger app to load a digital coupon for one free Private Selection cinnamon roll. Use your Kroger Plus Shopper’s Card (or the phone number associated with the account) during the checkout process to apply the coupon. This coupon will be available to clip on Saturday, Oct. 4, and expires on Saturday, Oct. 18. You’ll only have one day to load it, but you’ll have two weeks to use it. There’s a limit of one per account.
