If You Received a Text Message from Journeys, You May Be Entitled to a Payment from a Class Action Settlement.

Who’s Eligible –
All persons within the United States who received one or more text messages between December 21, 2017 and May 9, 2023 regarding Defendant’s goods and/or services, from Defendant via a text messaging platform, after having sent a “stop” or similar request to Defendant.
Award Amount – Each Settlement Class Member who submits a timely, valid, correct and verified Claim Form by the Claim Deadline in the manner required by this Agreement, making all the required affirmations and representations, shall be sent a Claim Settlement Check by the Administrator in an amount up to $161.47.
Proof of Purchase – Not Required.
Claim Deadline – September 21st, 2023.
