Role Responsibilities & Expectations

In this role you will review and evaluate text, webpages, images and other online content using a specialized platform. Responsibilities and expectations include: 

• Rating search results based on relevance and quality
• Providing feedback to help improve search engine results and the overall user experience
• Following project guidelines and quality standards when completing tasks  

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants should have access to a personal computer and a smartphone running Android 5.0 or higher or iOS 14 or higher and must pass an English language assessment, an open-book qualification exam and an identity verification.

Note: Only one person per household may participate in the TELUS Digital Rating Program.

Other required skills and experience include: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with U.S. business, media, sports, news, social media and cultural affairs 
• Active use of Gmail and social media platforms 
• Experience navigating websites and interacting with online content 
• Reliable internet access 

Compensation & Benefits

TELUS Digital AI offers an estimated earning potential of $14 per hour at approximately 10-20 hours per week of preferred availability. 

Contributors can choose when and how much they work, subject to task availability and project requirements. Plus, there’s no prior professional experiences or degree required.
