If you love surprises, Groupon’s new Mystery Getaway might be right up your alley. For as low as $199 per person, you’ll score roundtrip airfare and a hotel stay—but you won’t find out where you’re going until after you redeem your voucher!
Travel packages include flights, airport taxes, one personal item, and a stay at a 3- or 4-star hotel. Prices start at $199, $249, or $299 per person, depending on your departure airport. You can also save a little more by using promo code VIPTRAVEL at checkout.
While the promotion teases dream destinations like Hawaii, Aruba, Paris, Bali, and Santorini, the odds heavily favor a domestic getaway. Groupon says 99.1% of the current vouchers are for two-night trips to major U.S. cities, while only 18 out of 2,000 vouchers are for longer tropical or international vacations.
If you’re flexible and would be happy with a quick weekend trip to a surprise U.S. destination, this could be a fun deal. Just keep in mind that once you redeem your voucher, the trip is nonrefundable, and you won’t know your destination until it’s assigned.
Travel must be booked by December 20, 2026, and completed by December 31, 2026. If you’re feeling adventurous, this mystery vacation could be a fun (and affordable) way to travel!
