This position works Monday through Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 3:00am EST.

Role Responsibilities & Expectations

In this role, you will prepare and process customs entries, classify shipments and help ensure imports comply with U.S. Customs regulations.

You will communicate with importers, carriers and overseas offices, coordinate freight delivery and maintain client relationships. (occasional weekend or holiday work may be required)

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants should have:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2 years experience working for a customs broker
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong data entry, communication and problem-solving skills
• ability to work independently
• Knowledge of customs operations, regulations and government agency requirements
