Anyone who purchased a Digital Game through the PlayStation Store that was previously available through a Game-Specific Voucher between April 1, 2019 and December 31, 2023.
What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
The lawsuit claims Sony Interactive Entertainment engaged in anticompetitive conduct that was designed to monopolize the PlayStation digital game market.
This caused consumers to pay more than they otherwise would have paid for certain digital games on the PlayStation Store.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Any U.S network account that purchased one or more eligible digital games through the Playstation Store between April 1, 2019 and December 31, 2023.
How Much Money Can You Get?
Sony has agreed to a $7.85 million payout, after attorney costs and fees, the remaining funds will be distributed to eligible class members
Is Proof Required?
No, no claim form is required and benefits will be distributed automatically through qualifying PSN accounts.
However is your PSN account has been deactivated or you no longer have access to it, you may need to provide qualifying purchase information the settlements administrator to receive compensation
