What’s This Class Action Settlement About?
This lawsuit involves the use of fiberglass as a fire-retardant material in the inner sock covering the foam in certain mattresses, which was widely used in the industry, sold by Ashley Furniture Industries LLC.
Who Qualifies for the Settlement?
Anyone who purchased an Ashley, Nectar, DreamCloud or Siena mattress anytime from October 1, 2017, to June 30, 2024. Whether purchased online, or in-store, you may qualify for compensation.
How Much Money Can You Get?
The amount of the Voucher will be equally calculated by dividing the $9 million Common Voucher Fund by the total number of valid Claims.
There may also be a pro rata cash payment if the Court awards less than $3 million in attorneys’ fees and costs.
Is Proof Required?
Yes, you can usually provide either a receipt, order number, or product label.
