To enter the Sweepstakes without purchase, an Eligible Entrant may hand-write his/her complete first and last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, valid street address (P.O. boxes not accepted), city, state, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3 ½”x 5” card, place it in an outer envelope, and mail it with sufficient postage to: Winston Pack Code Payout Sweepstakes, P.O.
